Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Velka Coach, the Velka client app, and the Kilo assistant. By using Velka, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Velka. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. During the private beta, access is invitation-only.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Velka lawfully. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, and you may not upload unlawful content or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Velka a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide, including any health information.
4. Fitness and health disclaimer
Velka provides coaching and fitness tools. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician before starting any training or diet program. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Output from the Kilo AI assistant may be inaccurate or incomplete; your human coach supervises the program and remains responsible for the coaching relationship.
5. Beta and availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Velka is beta software, may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Termination
Either you or Velka may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velka limits its liability for the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Payments
Velka is currently free during the private beta. Payment and subscription terms will be added before any paid features launch.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts, and your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Italian law are preserved.
10. Changes to these terms
This is Version 1.0, effective 10 June 2026. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or with an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
